Players are the various software programs your device uses in order to play back movies and other digital content. These are preinstalled on your device, and different players use different formats. Depending on your device, you will have one of three different players. The icon in your list of installed programs tells you which player is on your device:

Windows MediaYou have Microsoft's Windows Media Player for mobile devices. Make sure you always download this version of your movie.
Real PlayerYou have Real Player installed on your device. Make sure you always download this version of your movie.
3GPPIf you don't see either the Windows Media or Real Player icons on your device, you more than likely have the 3GPP media player installed. Make sure you always download this version of your movie.

LOW, MED, and HIGH refer to the bitrate method used to prepare the movie for downloading to mobile devices. This is important when streaming content. HIGH provides the best quality but requires a high amount of bandwidth; LOW requires much less bandwidth but doesn't look as good.
